NOTICE is hereby given that the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is coordinating the first public meeting of the Sustainable Energy Partnership of Southeast Pennsylvania (Partnership). The Partnership's first meeting will be held virtually on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 9:30 AM. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting in person can do so by visiting DVRPC’s offices during the meeting time. DVRPC’s offices are located at 190 N Independence Mall West, 8th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
Going forward the Partnership will hold quarterly meetings. Members of the public are able to join online, by phone, or in-person at DVRPC’s offices. All meetings are open to the public. Agendas may be obtained online at https://www.dvrpc.org/sustainableenergypartnership/.
Information about joining the meeting via webinar or phone as well as instructions to submit a public comment are included on each meeting agenda. Public comments are also accepted via email up to one hour before the start of the scheduled meeting and will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
Meeting materials can be made available in alternative formats or languages, and accommodations can be provided by submitting a request at least seven days prior to the meeting. DVRPC's website, www.dvrpc.org, may be translated into multiple languages. Publications and other public documents can be made available in alternative languages and formats, if requested. DVRPC’s public meetings are always held in ADA-accessible facilities and in transit-accessible locations whenever possible. DVRPC will work to accommodate all reasonable requests for translation, interpretation, accommodations or other auxiliary services and encourages that requests be made at least seven days prior to a public meeting. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice by DVRPC under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with DVRPC's ADA and Title VI Compliance Officer Shoshana Akins and/or the appropriate state or federal agency within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Complaints that a program, service, or activity of DVRPC is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to Shoshana Akins as well.
