Following a 30+ day public comment period, the DVRPC Board adopted the DVRPC FFY 2027 TIP (FFY27-FFY30) for the Pennsylvania portion of the region with Recommended Changes as the priority program of transportation projects on July 23, 2026. The regional TIP is included in the Pennsylvania Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), and was developed in cooperation with PennDOT, SEPTA, Pottstown Area Rapid Transit (PART), and DVRPC's member cities and counties. The TIP was approved by the federal review agencies (FHWA, FTA, and EPA) and became the official DVRPC FFY 2027 TIP for PA on October 1, 2026.

DVRPC Regional FHWA-Funded (Highway) Program by County
- To generate a list of FHWA-funded projects by county, navigate to the TIP. Then click the “Project by County” tab and select your county.
- In the upper left corner, click on the “Choose” button and select the DVRPC TIP you would like to review if it is not already selected.
- Then, click the “Project by County” tab and select your county.
- To produce a report, click “Export.”
DVRPC Regional FTA-Funded (Transit) Program by Operator
- To generate a list of FTA-funded projects by operator, navigate to the TIP. Then click the “Projects” tab and select your operator (SEPTA, PART, or PennDOT Transit) under the “Lead Agency” category.
- In the upper left corner, click on the “Choose” button and select the DVRPC TIP you would like to review if it is not already selected.
- Then, click the “Projects” tab and select your operator (SEPTA, PART, or PennDOT Transit) under the “Lead Agency” category.

DVRPC firmly believes that meaningful public participation results in better planning outcomes. Public participation is a process, not a single event. DVRPC provides multiple opportunities for a wide variety of stakeholders, including community members, public officials, and the private sector, to provide comments on and stay informed about transportation planning and programming decisions. By incorporating stakeholders’ local insights, residents’ lived experiences, and subject matter expertise, plans are more implementable and beneficial.
