The Transportation Operations Task Force (TOTF) is at the nexus of regional intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and transportation operations coordination. The task force provides an opportunity for agencies to coordinate and share information on their programs, ITS deployments, construction projects, new technology, and best practices. TOTF engages over 35 agencies, including state DOTs, turnpike authorities, transit and bridge agencies, state police departments, Philadelphia Streets and Police departments, TMAs, county planning commissions, county offices of emergency management, and FHWA, among others.

Regional Safety Task Force (RSTF)
The RSTF brings together a multi-disciplinary group of professionals to discuss solutions for reducing the number of crashes and the resultant casualties in the region. It meets quarterly to build effective partnerships, exchange information, and guide planning efforts.
