DVRPC, as the designated MPO for the nine-county region, must create and publish a Unified Planning Work Program that outlines the federally funded transportation and regional planning projects for DVRPC to undertake in a fiscal year. The DVRPC Board-adopted Work Programs are developed annually with planning partners to reflect the region’s current planning needs.
