DVRPC’s Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Report: Scaling Up
Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 was a time of change for DVRPC. After sixteen years under the leadership of Barry Seymour, DVRPC appointed Ariella Maron to serve as its new Executive Director. It was also a year that saw an influx of funding to the region from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and other sources–all of which will continue to shape our work in the years to come. Now available to browse, DVRPC’s FY 2023 Report, Scaling Up, includes these highlights and more, capturing examples of the work DVRPC does at different scales–from neighborhood and municipal to county, state, and regional–all of which supports the goals set forth in the region’s Long-Range Plan, Connections 2050. The report showcases the organization’s work across community, transportation, and regional planning and includes traffic safety improvements, bicycle networks, trail access, funding programs, and numerous publications and resources, among other things.
