Public comment periods for the Draft Update: Connections 2050 Long-Range Plan for Greater Philadelphia (Plan) and the Draft Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for New Jersey (FFY26-FFY29). There will also be a second, related public comment period for the Draft Conformity Determination: Draft Update: Connections 2050 Long-Range Plan, Draft FFY 2026 DVRPC TIP for New Jersey, and FFY 2025 TIP for Pennsylvania. Public comments on the Draft Conformity Determination will open later this month.
