This application summarizes DVRPC's most recent attempt to identify Transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. Using a variety of demographic, physical, and market conditions, DVRPC has created a rating system that assesses the TOD readiness of over 150 station areas throughout the region.
