This document contains all of the projects and related funding for FY 2022 as passed by the DVRPC Board in January 2021.

The Morton Safe Routes to Transit plan was created by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission in collaboration with a variety of partners, most notably the Delaware County Planning Department. The study proposes a series of design treatments with implementation steps to assist the municipality in funding and building a series of safety improvements.

Frankford Avenue is an important commercial corridor and cultural hub for surrounding communities and the City of Philadelphia. At the same time, the Avenue serves as a major arterial moving heavy volumes of fast-moving traffic.
