DVRPC Board Elects Officers for FY 2026
At their June meeting, the DVRPC Board elected new Board officers for Fiscal Year 2026.
Chair: Tom Stanuikynas, Burlington County
Vice Chair: Anthony Luker, PA Governor’s Policy Office
Secretary: Francis (Fran) O’Connor, NJ DOT Commissioner
Treasurer: Michael Carroll, PA DOT Secretary
The Board also elected Executive Committee county representatives for Fiscal Year 2026.
NJ County Representation: Tom Stanuikynas, Burlington County
PA County Representation: Josh Maxwell, Chester County
