Abstract: This web map provides energy and GHG emissions profiles for municipalities in Greater Philadelphia. Data is taken from DVRPC's 2015 Energy Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory for Greater Philadelphia published in November 2018. This is the third in a series of regional GHG inventories published by DVRPC. To learn more about the methodology behind these profiles and the overall inventory please see 2015 Energy Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory for Greater Philadelphia: Methods and Sources. A chart outlining which emissions sources have been allocated to the municipal level is on page 20.The inventory calculates energy use and emissions from multiple sectors, including the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, on-road and off-road transportation, aviation, freight and passenger rail, industrial processes, waste management, agriculture, and land use change.
