Please join us for the next Regional Safety Task Force (RSTF) meeting, which will be devoted to exploring how to plan for quick-build projects, like bike lanes or painted crosswalks, for temporary or demonstration purposes. Guest speakers will discuss lessons learned from projects in both the Delaware Valley and North Jersey regions.

Jasmine Grossman, North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority
Jasmine Grossman is a Principal Planner at the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority and a lecturer at Rutgers University. Her work incorporates her passion for urban design, sustainability, architecture, transportation and mobility, and the environment. Jasmine will be presenting lessons learned from NJTPA’s Complete Streets Demonstration Library program.
Cassidy Boulan, AICP, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
Cassidy Boulan is the Associate Manager of the Office of Transit, Bicycle, and Pedestrian Planning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. She began her time with DVRPC in 2010 and has since worked on a variety of projects including access plans for transit stations and a variety of bicycle and pedestrian facility design projects. Cassidy will be presenting lessons learned from DVRPC's Experimental Pop-Ups program.
After the presentations and Q&A, RSTF members will break into groups to discuss reactions to presentations and how to apply lessons learned to potential or existing quick-build projects.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
