5. TIP Actions
Ron Landis, Capital Program Planner, will present. The following project requires a formal TIP amendment this month for the FFY 2025 TIP for Pennsylvania. Attached is the Action statement (“Summary Sheet”) for the project followed by the TIP “Before/After” description page and supporting documentation, such as request letters and maps, as needed. Towards the end of the package in a separate section are financial constraint charts and any other information that may be helpful to you as you review this package.
6. TripSmart PA TDM Program Allocations for FY27-FY28
Stacy Bartels, Manager of the Office of TDM Strategy and Marketing, will present on proposed subrecipient budgets and scopes for this program and highlight changes and example tasks for the FY27-FY28 grant cycle.
7. Appointment of a Nominating Committee for FY 2027 DVRPC Regional Technical Committee Officers
A Nominating Committee will be selected to solicit candidates for Chair and Vice-Chair of the RTC for FY 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). The Nominating Committee will be facilitated by a DVRPC staff member and consist of at least one voting member from both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At the June 2026 RTC meeting, the Nominating Committee will recommend candidates and elections will take place.
