DVRPC and SEPTA are conducting focus groups to understand the transit habits of people who live, work, and travel in Chester County. However you get around Chester County–whether you ride a SEPTA bus, take the SCCOOT or LINK, catch a train, or travel another way–we’re interested in hearing about your transportation experiences. As transit services in Chester County, we’re looking to make connections between your destinations and the ways you get there smoother and faster. This study will help us understand where the Chester County transit system works and where it needs improvements.

Focus Group Participation
Do you live in Chester County? Are you interested in sharing your transit experiences in a focus group? Please fill out the interest form to help us reach people from all walks of life in Chester County.
Selected participants will receive a stipend of $150 based on attendance at an assigned focus group. If selected, DVRPC staff will contact you to confirm your availability and, after the focus group is hosted, arrange payment. Please note that submitting your information in the interest form does not guarantee your participation in a focus group. The information you submit in the form will be kept confidential, used only for this project, and will be erased by September 1, 2026.
