The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) worked with Middletown Township and Bucks County to improve bicycle and pedestrian access to Woodbourne Station, on SEPTA’s West Trenton Regional Rail line. The memo presents a pedestrian access proposal along with estimated costs.

This traffic analysis focuses on the traffic impacts of the new developments planned for the Pottstown area. The analysis aims to identify roadway improvements that support safety and future traffic growth with a focus on 18 study locations selected by the PMRPC. The study estimates short-term (future year 2025) increases in traffic volumes and identifies multimodal improvements.

Analyzed US 202 between the Delaware State Line and West Chester. An alternatives analysis compared a four lane versus a six lane highway using year 2008 projected traffic volumes.
