Explore and Comment on Draft PA TIP Projects in New Interactive Website

June 1, 2026

Users can toggle between the different TIP documents where they can view a full list of projects; filter by project IDs, project leads, counties, funding sources, and project types; view mappable projects via an interactive web map; and more.

Coinciding with the opening of the public comment period for the Draft Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania, DVRPC has launched a new interactive TIP website. The user-friendly site allows visitors to view both current TIPs, one for New Jersey and one for Pennsylvania, as well as view and submit public comments on the new Draft FFY 2027 TIP for Pennsylvania. Users can toggle between the different TIP documents where they can view a full list of projects; filter by project IDs, project leads, counties, funding sources, and project types; and view mappable projects via an interactive web map. Individual project information and lists are available for download.

“DVRPC is excited to share this new resource with our planning partners and the general public,” said Jesse Buerk, associate director of capital programs and project development. “We believe it will make it easier to view TIP projects and understand how the transportation investments that are planned for the region will help us achieve the vision laid out in the Update: Connections 2050 Plan for Greater Philadelphia.”

Visit the DVRPC TIP Welcome page. From the main toolbar, select from “Projects,” “TIP Actions,” “Projects by County,” or “Interactive Map.”
