5. DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions
The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP. As situations arise, the PCC/RTC is asked to consider changes.
a. TIP Action PA05-73a: PA 363, Trooper Road Interchange (MPMS #16669), Montgomery County
b. TIP Action PA05-73b: PA 23 at Old Betzwood Bridge (MPMS #16490), Montgomery County
c. TIP Action PA05-73c: State Road Closed Loop Signal System (MPMS #57756), Delaware County
d. TIP Action NJ06-09: CR 571/Princeton Hightstown Road (Local Scoping, DB #X80B)
6. Land Use and Access Management Strategies For West Chester Pike
DVRPC staff will present the findings of a study which was undertaken to examine the link between transportation and land use in the West Chester Pike corridor. Several recommendations and improvement strategies resulted from this study including the
creation of a funding source document to help municipalities locate the financial support necessary to complete the recommended improvements; a sample official map ordinance; access management ordinances for each community; possible modification of SEPTA bus routes; and necessary amendments to each municipality''s comprehensive plan.
7. Overview of DVRPC''s 2005 Orthophotography Project
Since 1959, DVRPC has acquired aerial imagery for the region every five years. The aerial/ortho imagery has proven to be an invaluable information resource to DVRPC and its member governments. This presentation will provide an overview of the 2005 orthophotography project.
8. United We Ride Program in New Jersey
This program will improve coordination among various human services transportation
providers under new FTA requirements. NJ TRANSIT has developed a proposal to meet FTA''s anticipated new planning requirements and will introduce it to the committee.
9. FY 2006 Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) Grant Program
Staff will brief the RTC on the FY 2006 Pennsylvania JARC project solicitation and recommended projects for funding.

PCC/RTC Members and guests will be invited to provide updates on the activities of their agencies.
