Abstract: This report provides general guidance and conceptual recommendations for a multi-use sidepath running parallel to South Broad Street from Oregon Avenue to the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This facility was proposed in the city’s pedestrian and bicycle master plan, which was funded through the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission’s Transportation and Community Development Initiative. The accompanying drawings are intended to be used for more detailed engineering plans and to apply for additional funding in order to move the project forward.
