Greater Philadelphia Food System Stakeholder Committee

From freight and trucking experts to farmland preservation coordinators, from hunger advocates to entrepreneurs, the stakeholder committee represents different facets of Greater Philadelphia's food system. The Stakeholder Committee meets on a quarterly basis to guide and support DVRPC's regional food system planning. Invited speakers and discussions between stakeholders help committee members further their understanding of the food system and seek collaborative solutions to food system challenges.

Topics of discussion range widely. A recent meeting, featured in this article, explored distribution networks and the role they play in the movement of food from farm to plate.

Meeting agendas, highlights, and presentations are posted here for committee members and the public's review.
