2. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment and Modification
FY 1998-2002 New Jersey Section of TIP - Modification 9821 - TIP Projects in FY 1999 (NJ TRANSIT)
- Amendment 9822 - Cooper Hospital Helipad (NJDOT), Camden County
3. FY 1999 Work Program Amendment: New Jersey Household Travel Survey
New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is requesting DVRPC to conduct a household travel survey for the eight counties in southern New Jersey. Survey information will be expanded for the total population and serve in the transportation and land use planning process.
4. Pennsylvania Transportation Enhancement Project Selection A draft list identifying 36 applications as "high priority" has been compiled for the Transportation Enhancement Program for consideration by the statewide Transportation Enhancements Advisory Committee (TEAC).
5. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) Funding in Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties PENNVEST has forwarded eight applications to DVRPC for review for consistency with the regional plan. Each of the projects would improve conditions in areas now developed and identified as future growth areas in DVRPC's DIRECTION 2020.

6. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report Dennis Winters, Chairman of the RCC, will report to the Board the activities of the RCC's meeting of February 9, 1999.
INFORMATION ITEMS
7. Route 202, Section 700 Litigation Buckingham Township officials filed a lawsuit against the federal government in U.S. District Court on February 5, 1999. The lawsuit, which names the Federal Highway Administration and the DVRPC as defendants, is a bid to stop the proposed $250 million, nine-mile highway that would run from Montgomery Township to Doylestown in Bucks County.

9. The Future of First Generation Suburbs in the Delaware Valley Region Staff will present this report which highlights issues and problems facing older boroughs and early suburban townships clustered around Philadelphia and Camden and along the Delaware River.
