Postponement of Board action took place for this project at the October Board Meeting. Action is now being requested to include the selected Locally Preferred Alternative for the Schuylkill Valley Metro in the DVRPC Year 2020 Long-Range Plan.

4. Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management Plan

This amendment would revise the Tri-County Water Quality Management Plan by adding a wastewater treatment facility and a sewer service area for a proposed regional high school in the Lenape District of Tabernacle Township, Burlington County.

5. DVRPC Draft Fiscal Year 2002 Planning Work Program

The Board Planning Work Program Committee will make its recommendations to the Board to release the Draft FY 2002 DVRPC Planning Work Program for review and comment.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
