3. FY 2002 DVRPC Planning Work Program Amendment: Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Public Education Video

Funding is being requested to produce a public education video to inform agency staffs, members of the general public, and public officials on the value of Intelligent Transportation Systems.

4. Federal Aid Functional Classification Change

The Borough of Phoenixville in Chester County is requesting an addition of a new roadway to the Regional Functional Classification System. Staff has reviewed the request and found it consistent with the Functional Classification System and its continuity.

5. Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management Plan: Hartford Square L.L.C. Medford Township, Burlington County

6. Nominating Committee Report for Fiscal Year 2002 DVRPC Board Officers

The Nominating Committee will report their recommended slate of officers to serve on the DVRPC Board for FY 2002 (July 1, 2001 - June 30, 2002). Elections will take place at the regular June meeting at which time nominations may also be made from the floor.

7. Transportation Management Association (TMA) Performance Measures

Staff has prepared an analysis of the TMA performance measures and will present the results to the Board.

8. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report

Patrick Starr, RCC Chairman, will report to the Board the activities of the RCC's meeting of May 16, 2001.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
