3. Adoption of the DVRPC Fiscal Year 2005 Planning Work Program

Recommendations from the Board Planning Work Program Committee, the Planning Coordinating Committee/Regional Transportation Committee (PCC/RTC) and the Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) will be presented to the Board. The Board will be requested to adopt the DVRPC Fiscal Year 2005 Planning Work Program.

4. Environmental Justice Protocol

The Protocol is intended to be an addendum to the Public Participation Plan dealing with Environmental Justice and Title IV issues.

5. Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI)

Staff will present the results of an assessment of the first year of the program and discuss options for continuing the program into the future. An assessment report will be distributed at the meeting.

6. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report

Dennis Winters, Chairman of the RCC, will report to the Board the activities of the RCC's Meeting of January 13, 2004.
