c. TIP Action PA05-73c: State Road Closed Loop Signal System, Delaware County ($1.52 million)

d. TIP Action NJ06-09: CR 571 / Princeton Hightstown Road, Mercer County ($300,000)

3. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) Funding Requests in Chester and Delaware Counties

The Board will be requested to approve PENNVEST loan applications as consistent with the Destination 2030 Plan for East Coventry Township in Chester County and Southern Delaware County Authority in Delaware County

4. Proposed Amendments to the Tri-County Water Quality Management Plan

a. Six Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for Total Coliform to Address Shellfish Impaired Waters in Watershed Management Area 14, Atlantic Coastal Water Region, Burlington County

b. Church of the Assumption, North Hanover Township, Burlington County

5. Nominating Committee Report: Proposed Candidates for Fiscal Year 2007 DVRPC Board Officers

The Nominating Committee will be report their recommended slate of officers to serve on the DVRPC Board for Fiscal Year 2007 (July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007). Elections will take place at the regular June Board meeting at which time nominations may also be made from the floor.

The activities of the RCC Meeting of May 16, 2006 will be reported to the Board.

Commissioner Kolluri will present the status of funding for transportation in New Jersey and his vision and priorities for the State and the southern New Jersey region.
