3. Approval of the 2010 Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI) Program Recommended Projects
The TCDI was created in 2001 to support local development and redevelopment efforts in the individual municipalities of the Delaware Valley. The 2010 TCDI Program has $1.62 million available for grants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Staff will present, for Board approval, the recommended projects.
4. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) Funding Requests in Bucks County and Chester County
Two PENNVEST applications were reviewed by DVRPC and will be presented to the Board for their approval as being consistent with city, county, and regional land use plans.

5. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report
The activities from the RCC Meeting of February 16, 2010 will be reported to the Board.
PRESENTATION
6. Greater Philadelphia’s Regional Food System
Staff will brief the board on the Greater Philadelphia Food System Study and other food system planning projects, including a re-grant opportunity funded by the William Penn Foundation. The Food System Study analyzes the regional food system and identifies land use trends, agricultural industry trends, economic activity related to food, public health trends, and distribution.
