3. Transcom – Experiences with Multimodal Coordination

Rob Bamford & Bob Glantzberg, Transcom
Transcom will present on their experiences in multimodal coordination between several transportation and transit agencies in the northern New Jersey and New York City region. They will demonstrate their Spatel and Transview tools that monitor the transit system and provide some multimodal coordination examples including the current NJDOT Route 495 Viaduct Reconstruction project that leads toward the Lincoln Tunnel.

4. Pennsylvania Joint Statewide Connected And Automated Vehicles Strategic Plan

Mark Kopko, Manager, Advanced Vehicle Technology, PennDOT
Connected and automated vehicles (CAV) technologies are rapidly advancing, and while the promise for safety benefits is substantial, states have a critical role to play in shepherding this forward. This strategic plan serves as a roadmap for organizational change as CAV technology advances. The CAV Strategic Plan focuses on several key business areas and culminates in implementable objectives with identified short- and long-term benefits.
 

5. TOTF Rebranding

The results of the recent DVRPC Transportation Operation Task Force survey will be presented along with a discussion on how the TOTF meetings will advance moving forward.
