6. DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP. As situations arise, the PCC/RTC is asked to consider changes.

7. Appointment of Nominating Committee for Fiscal Year 2005 DVRPC PCC/RTC Officers

A Nominating Committee will be selected to name candidates for Chairman and Vice Chairman for the PCC/RTC for Fiscal Year 2005 (July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005). The Chairman for FY 2005 must be from Pennsylvania. The committee will report these candidates at the June meeting and elections will take place at the June PCC/RTC Meeting.

8. Pennsylvania Turnpike

Walt Green of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will discuss the Turnpike''s
upcoming widening and interchange projects on I-276, I-76, and I-476 in the Delaware Valley. These projects are among the Plan Amendments going out for public comment during May.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
