5. DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions
The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP. The following projects require formal TIP Amendments or Modifications this month for the FY 2020 TIP for NJ and the FY 2021 TIP for PA.

6. Update on Experimental Pop-Ups (ExPo) Program Development and Narberth Bike Lane Project
Staff will present an update on recent work developing our new ExPo program to support temporary projects, including highlights from the recent "Wheels on Windsor" pop-up bike lane project in Narberth Borough, which the program supported.
7. DVRPC's Public Participation Task Force 2021 Cohort
Since the 1970s, DVRPC has maintained a continuous forum for the public to participate in the regional planning process. The mission of the Task Force is to provide ongoing access to our region’s planning process, empower resident involvement, host a forum to learn more about upcoming projects, provide feedback on planning practices, and test out public outreach strategies. The 2021 cohort was selected in January with a membership that closely represents the region, demographically and geographically.
8. Hunting Park East Freight Access Study
The Hunting Park East Freight Access Study was undertaken by DVRPC to examine neighborhood freight generation patterns and to provide recommendations and strategies that support the industrial economic center while ensuring the safe and efficient movement of both people and goods. The Hunting Park East neighborhood, in the City of Philadelphia’s North District, is one of a few remaining historic industrial freight centers in the city. DVRPC staff will present the study findings and recommendations.
9. Direct Bus Feasibility with an update on SEPTA Bus Network Redesign
SEPTA is considering expanding Direct Bus service and asked DVRPC to identify corridors within their service area where future Direct Bus service would be valuable and successful. DVRPC will present the quantitative analysis and prioritized list of corridors, as well as additional project findings. This analysis was designed to complement SEPTA's future bus network changes. SEPTA will give the committee an update about the trajectory of their bus network redesign.
