The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP.

  1. US-422 Expressway Tolling and Transit Feasibility Study (Draft)

7. Alternatives to Buses on I-76: SEPTA Rail feeder Bus Study
The study analyzed the feasibility of reconfiguring eight bus routes that operate on the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) to act as feeders to SEPTA's rail system in the corridor. The existing bus route configuration operates with poor on-time performance and directly competes with existing rail service. Bus and rail passenger estimates, capital improvements needs, and operational requirements were determined through the study.
8. American Community Survey Data
The US Census Bureau has replaced the traditional Long-Form of the Census with the American Community Survey (ACS). The ACS is a continuous survey thatprovides annual estimates of Census data, beginning in 2005. DVRPC staff will review and discuss recently released ACS “1-year” and “3-year” data products

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
