5. DVRPC Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions
The dynamic nature of funding transportation improvements and the need to remain within financial constraint require amendments or modifications to the TIP. The following projects require formal TIP Amendments or Modifications this month for the FY 2019 TIP for PA and the FY 2020 TIP for NJ.
a. PA19-126: Act 13 Bridges Philadelphia (Various MPMS #s), City of Philadelphia – Add New Projects to TIP
b. PA19-127: US 422 Modeling and Corridor Analysis (MPMS #114492), Various Counties – Add New Project to TIP
6. Annual Self Certification of Regional Transportation Planning Process
Federal regulations require that Metropolitan Planning Organizations self- certify that the Regional Transportation Planning Process is carried out in conformance with applicable federal regulations. Staff will request an RTC recommendation for Board approval
7. Election of Fiscal Year 2021 Regional Technical Committee Officers
The RTC nominating committee will present a slate of candidates for FY 2021.

8. Impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel in the DVRPC region using real-time location data
Connected Vehicles and GPS-enabled mobile devices and associated applications provide for real-time location data that can be used to provide insights into mobility trends throughout a region. This anonymized and aggregated location-based archived big data has been made available through various organizations, and DVRPC has analyzed it to help better understand the results of the COVID-19 pandemic on traffic patterns throughout the DVRPC region. Daily vehicle miles traveled, mobility, and social distancing data are analyzed by County over the last several months.
9. Montgomery County PA Turnpike Interchange Study
Staff will present an overview of the methodology and findings for the PA Turnpike Interchange Study, a three-year project building upon a prior study done by DVRPC. Staff will also share their experiences planning and conducting virtual public open houses to present results during COVID-19 stay-at-home orders.

10. Regional Safety Targets
In response to growing concern over rising regional crash trends, staff will discuss the regional targets option to FHWA safety target-setting, exploring the implications and the procedure for advancing meaningful safety goals for the region.
11. Greater PHL Bike Match Program
Staff will provide an overview of DVRPC's new Greater PHL Bike Match program. The program matches donated bikes with essential workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. #GreaterPHLbikematch is open to any individual needing a bike in the nine counties in and around Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and offers a contactless exchange of bikes between individuals.
