Janine Bauer, AARP mobility volunteer and transportation lawyer will provide information on AARP’s mobility agenda and their Complete Streets initiative.

4. Panel: Reducing Aggressive Driving in the DVRPC Region

Various leaders in reducing aggressive driving will speak briefly about what they are doing and lessons learned in tackling this emphasis area that are valuable throughout the Delaware Valley. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. This item will end by relating the discussion back to the implementation table in the Safety Action Plan for the Delaware Valley. The panel members will be:

At the July 2009 RSTF meeting, DVRPC staff provided a draft overview of transportation security efforts in the region. Zoe Neaderland will briefly update the Task Force on progress.

Attendees are encouraged to highlight new and existing safety activities of their organization and in the region.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related nondiscrimination mandates in all programs and activities.
