[1] Call to order

All Task Force members will be recognized and the April 12, 2000 meeting notes will be offered for approval.

[2] DVRPC FY 2001-2004 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

Charles Dougherty, Associate Director of the DVRPC Transportation Planning Division, will provide updates on the FY 2001-2004 TIPs and the CMAQ program.

[3] Truck Trip Generation at Intermodal Facilities

Ted Dahlburg and Chris Bauer of DVRPC will discuss the recent analysis of truck trip generation at intermodal freight facilities in the Delaware Valley.

[4] New Jersey Long Range Transportation Plan

New Jersey DOT and Frederic R. Harris staff will discuss freight considerations in the state''s update of its long range transportation plan.

[5] Implications of the Restructuring of the Rail Freight Industry

Frank Harder of the Tioga Group will discuss the implications of the restructuring of the rail freight industry.

[6] Two-minute Reports

Task Force and Subcommittee chairs and Task Force members will provide updates on the activities of their companies and agencies. Comments on the one year anniversary of the Conrail acquisition will be invited from all members.

[7] Old/New Business

Old or new items of business will be considered. The next scheduled meeting of the Goods Movement Task Force is October 11, 2000.
