[1] Call to order
All Task Force members will be recognized and the April 18, 2001 meeting notes will be offered for the committee''s approval (see meeting highlights).

[2] Draft FY 2002-2004 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) For New Jersey
Charles Dougherty of DVRPC will present an overview of the draft FY 2002-2004 TIP for New Jersey. The Goods Movement Task Force will be asked to recommend that the draft TIP be adopted by the DVRPC Board (see DVGMTF Planning Subcommittee comments).

[3] Freight Planning Workshop
Rob Ritter will outline a freight planning workshop for MPOs and state DOTs to be conducted by FHWA, IANA, and the Eno Foundation at DVRPC from October 9-11.

[4] New Jersey DOT Division of International Intermodal Corridor Coordination
Jim Snyder will discuss the newly created New Jersey DOT division which will address the transportation and economic development opportunities and challenges created by the growth in international trade.

[5] Freight Analysis Framework
Bruce Lambert of FHWA''s Office of Freight Management and Operations will discuss the Freight Analysis Framework. This comprehensive database of freight activity is useful in developing initiatives to improve freight efficiency.

[6] Two-minute Reports
Task Force and Subcommittee chairs and Task Force members will provide updates on the activities of their companies and agencies.

[7] Old/New Business
Old or new items of business will be considered. The next meeting of the Goods Movement Task Force is October 10, 2001.
