[1] Call to order
All Task Force members will be recognized and the October 10, 2001 meeting notes will be offered for the committee s approval (see meeting highlights).

[2] Conceptual Access Plan for the City of Chester
Stan Platt of DVRPC will summarize a report which recommends improving highway access between I-95, I-476, and the Chester waterfront. The plan is designed to improve traffic flows, facilitate truck operations, and promote economic development.

[3] Pennsylvania 2002 Joint Rail Freight Seminar
Ted Dahlburg of DVRPC will discuss planning efforts for the Pennsylvania 2002 Joint Rail Freight Seminar to be held in Philadelphia from May 8-10, 2002.

[4] Transportation and the Military
Major Paul J. Kennedy, Chief of Readiness and Distribution, U.S. Army, will discuss the Defense Supply Center in Philadelphia, the Defense Logistics Agency, and exciting, future transportation possibilities.

[5] Two-minute Reports
Task Force and Subcommittee chairs and Task Force members will provide updates on the activities of their companies and agencies. Status reports will also be made on the New Jersey Port Inland Distribution Network study and the Wilmington-Harrisburg freight study.

[6] Old/New Business
Old or new items of business will be considered. The next meeting of the Goods Movement Task Force is April 10, 2002.
