1. Call to order
All Task Force members and guests will be recognized and the January 21, 2004 meeting notes will be offered for the committee''s approval (see meeting highlights).

2. DVRPC on the World Wide Web
Joseph Fazekas, DVRPC webmaster, will provide an overview of the agency''s recently updated website (www.dvrpc.org). Now with expanded and user-friendly features, the website is a principal means of DVRPC''s efforts to promote the Delaware Valley and educate the public.

3. SmartWay Transport Partnership
Catherine Magliocchetti, Environmental Protection Agency, will describe the SmartWay Transport Partnership. This collaborative program between EPA and the freight industry promotes increasing energy efficiency and security while significantly reducing air pollution.

4. Delaware Valley Roundtable, Council of Logistics Management
Anna Hummel, President of the CLM''s Delaware Valley Roundtable, and Bernie Boucher, Executive Committee Member, will discuss the organization''s mission, the upcoming Annual Logistics Symposium, and the 2004 National Annual Conference.

5. Trucking Challenges and Opportunities in the 21st Century
Dan Murray, Director of Research for the American Trucking Research Institute, will discuss the many issues that the trucking industry faces as it works with business partners and government to ensure that freight continues to support our local and global economies.

6. Two-minute Reports
Task Force and Subcommittee chairs and Task Force members and guests will provide updates on the activities of their companies and agencies.

7. Old and New Business
Old and new items of business will be considered. The next scheduled meeting of the Goods Movement Task Force is July 21, 2004.
