1. Call to order
All Task Force members and friends will be recognized and the July 18, 2007 meeting notes will be offered for the committee''s approval (see separate meeting highlights).

2. Interactive Detour Route Mapping (IDRuM)
The Interactive Detour Route Mapping (IDRuM) application developed by DVRPC organizes all existing Emergency Detour Routes within the Southeastern Pennsylvania (PennDOT Engineering District 6-0) region in a manageable, easy-to-use web interface. Matthew West of DVRPC will present version 1.0 of IDRuM, which is intended to stimulate feedback from regional stakeholders.

3. New Jersey Large Truck Monitoring Program
In preparation for the adoption of new regulations for 102" wide trucks, New Jersey DOT is launching a Large Truck Monitoring Program (TM P) to m onitor the volume and patterns of large truck m ovements throughout the state. Andrew Ludasi of the New Jersey DOT Bureau of Freight Planning and Intermodal Coordination will describe this five-year effort, which will encompass a variety of data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting functions.

4. Keystone Industrial Port Complex
The Keystone Industrial Port Complex (KIPC) at the former site of the United S tates Steel Corporation''s Fairless W orks in Bucks County, Pennsylvania now hosts more than 30 businesses. The complex offers a unique combination of transportation attributes and affords tax advantages as a designated Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone. To ensure full redevelopment of the 4,000 acre brownfield site, eight needed on-site rail improvements have been identified, which Tom Jennings of Saul Ewing will describe.

5. Nation''sPort: Building the Economy and Sustaining Communities
Katie W atson, Executive Director, will discuss the the Nation''sPort effort focusing on the Port of New York and New Jersey, supporting infrastructure, and adjacent regions. Nation''sPort''s mission is to act as a forum for stakeholders, a catalyst in mobilizing private and public resources, and a promoter of the goods movement system.

6. 1992-2007: The Delaware Valley Goods Movement Task Force
The Delaware Valley Goods Movement Task Force is marking its 15th anniversary in 2007. This milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on the committee''s past accomplishments and champions, and to look ahead to future efforts and challenges.

7. Two-minute Reports
Task Force and Subcomm ittee chairs and Task Force members and friends will provide updates on the activities of their companies and agencies.

8. Old/New Business
Old or new items of business will be considered. The proposed Task Force meeting dates for 2008 are: January 16; April 16; July 16; and October 15.
