Pennsylvania Portion of the TIP:
- Amendment 9752 - I95: From Shackamaxon St. to Ann St.(City of Philadelphia)
- Modification 9753 - PA 309: Ft. Washington Interchange (Montgomery County)
- Modification 9754 - PA 113, Kimberton Road at PA 401 (Chester County)
- Amendment 9755 - Harrisburg Rail Line Improvements (PennDOT)
New Jersey Portion of the TIP:
- Amendment 9818 - Technical Corrections Package for FY 1999 (NJDOT)
3. Year 1999 Planning Work Program Amendments
- Year 2025 Transportation and Land Use Plan
An amendment to the FY 1999 Planning Work Program is needed foradditional funds to update and revise the Year 2020 Plan to reflect thechanging and emerging trends within the region and to maintain a 20 yearplanning horizon. - Transportation Enhancement (TE) Program Development
Existing program funds will be transferred to this project to provide resourcesfor the review and prioritization of candidate TE projects.
4. Draft Fiscal Year 2000 DVRPC Planning Work Program
The Board Planning Work Program Committee will make its recommendations tothe Board to release the Draft FY 2000 Planning Work Program for review andcomment.
5. Job Access and Reverse Commute Competitive Program Grant Program - Regional Plan Acceptance, Applicant Selection and Programming Commitment
A new grant program has been included in TEA-21 entitled The Job Access andReverse Commute Competitive Grant Program which requires MPO's to selectqualifying applicants for the program, commit to amend the regional TIP, andprepare and maintain a Regional Job Access and Reverse CommuteTransportation Plan.
6. Pennsylvania 21st Century Environment Commission
The Pennsylvania 21st Century Environment Commission has prepared a reportwhich recommends methods and policies to improve the environmental quality ofthe Commonwealth, while allowing for enhanced economic and social progress.
7. Approval of Board Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 1999
