6. Approval to Amend Connections – The Regional Plan for a Sustainable Future to include the South Jersey Bus Rapid Transit System

10. Approval of PENNVEST Funding Requests in Bucks and Chester Counties

11. Election of Fiscal Year 2013 Board Officers
