Join us on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm, for a webinar on Exploring Multi-Municipal Stormwater Collaboration in Our Region. The webinar will open with a presentation from DVRPC staff on key findings from An Investigation into Multi-Municipal Stormwater Planning, a new report that explores municipal stormwater collaboration under Pennsylvania’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) program. The report presents valuable insights about the current challenges, successes, and overall experiences of municipalities in Delaware County.
The webinar also includes a panel discussion featuring four existing Pennsylvania stormwater collaboratives. Featured panelists include Jamie Anderson, coordinator, Eastern Delaware County Stormwater Collaborative; Nick Johnson, secretary, Wyomissing Creek Watershed Collective; Ashley Showers, executive director, Berks County MS4; and Jessie Kemper, director of conservation, Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy. They will share practical strategies and lessons they’ve learned about multi-municipal stormwater collaboration, cost models, improving MS4 compliance, and advancing sustainable stormwater management in the region.
