DVRPC is excited to announce the next round of funding for the Travel Options Program (TOP). The Expression of Interest (EOI) period will open on July 7, 2025. This is the first submission required in a two-step application process.
TOP funds creative projects that improve the efficiency and service quality of transportation systems by providing options for how, when, and why people travel—a concept known as Transportation Demand Management (TDM). Instead of focusing on building new infrastructure to meet growing transportation needs, TDM focuses on reducing the demand placed on existing systems. TOP-funded projects must align with the goals created in DVRPC’s Strategic Plan for Regional TDM Programs. Projects must introduce a new and creative approach to TDM; provide accessible, affordable, and reliable travel options for residents and workers; and have some form of measurable results.

EOIs are due on September 8, 2025, at 5 pm. This program is competitive and a select number of applicants will be invited to submit a full application, due in January.
