Philadelphia Energy Solutions Site Redevelopment:
Hilco Redevelopment Partners and Dynamic Engineering will be presenting an overview of the Redevelopment of the Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refinery located on the Schuylkill River from south of Penrose Avenue to north of Passyunk Avenue. This presentation will focus on the hydrology and hydraulics of the Schuylkill River and the proposed grading design with respect to the floodplain.
