Formed in 1999, the Central Jersey Transportation Forum (CJTF) strived to integrate land use and transportation integration among municipal and county leaders in Mercer, Somerset, and Middlesex counties.
Facilitated by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) in coordination with North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) and New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), this partnership worked toward coordinated land use and transportation planning and development, information sharing, and the exchange of resources.
The CJTF is no longer facilitated by DVRPC, NJTPA and NJDOT (2024).
