1. Welcome & Introductions

Chair Bill Neary will open the meeting and Kerney Campus Provost Monica Weaver will welcome participants

2. Rail Projects in and Affecting Central Jersey

a. NJ Transit Capital Planning and Programs staff members Tom Martin (Program Manager) and Ed Fang (Project Manager) will speak about the Delco-Lead/County Yard Project

b. Amtrak Deputy Chief Drew Galloway will address a range of questions developed by Forum members as time and available information permit

c. Federal Railroad Administration NEC Joint Program Advisor Rebecca Reyes-Alicea will provide an update about the NEC FUTURE study and DEIS

d. Forum discussion of any potential actions

3. Federal Funding Update and Discussion of Funding Non-Traditional Transit

FHWA-NJ Planning & Environment Team Leader Calvin Edghill will share a few transportation funding highlights and start a discussion about fitting innovative transit projects into traditional funding sources

4. Forum Business

a. Approval of October 20, 2015 meeting highlights (VOTE)

b. Planned Projects Status Report progress update

5. Best Practices in Implementing Transportation Smart Growth

Examples are requested to include in work underway by the Rt. 1 Regional Growth Strategy (Rt1RGS) Action Team and Transit Action Team. Rt1RGS Action Team Chair Tom Vigna will provide an update and further information on this request

6. Brief Updates & Dialogue

a. Progress on Trenton250 Plan

b. DVRPC: Park and Ride study results, other studies, funding sources

c. NJTPA: Together North Jersey, other studies, funding sources
