Regional Vision Zero Traffic Safety Concerns

DVRPC and its partners are developing a Regional Vision Zero (RVZ) plan to make roadways safer for all users, and we want to hear from you. Use this mapping tool to identify a concern. Comments gathered will help inform the RVZ plan by raising awareness of the public's traffic safety concerns. Comment period will close on May 23, 2025. Please note: information gathered does not guarantee action. For immediate issues, contact your local road owner (city, county, or state) directly.


  1. To begin, click the “Submit a Traffic Safety Concern” button (bottom left of map).
  2. Click the map to add a point where your safety concern is located (e.g.: intersection, etc.).
  3. Select your traffic safety concern from the following:
    • list iconBicycle conditons
    • list iconNear miss incident
    • list iconPoor visibility
    • list iconRoad conditions
    • list iconSidewalk/crossing conditions/ADA facilities
    • list iconTraffic signage/signals
    • list iconTransit conditions
    • list iconUser behavior
    • list iconOther
  4. Answer the additional questions in the form.
  5. Click the “Submit” button to send us your traffic safety concern.

You can express support list icon and/or leave comments list icon on existing safety concerns.

The map also displays DVRPC's Regional High Injury Network and the City of Philadelphia's Vision Zero High Injury Network layers: the red lines shows where two or more killed and/or severe injury (KSI) crashes occurred, and the blue lines shows where two or more crashes involving pedestrians or bicyclists occurred.
