121330 | PART Bus Stop Amenities (Transit TIP) (Pottstown County)
PART Bus Stop Amenities & Walkshed Improvements. These funds will be flexed to PART and will help them to implement recommendations identified in Enhancing PART Bus Stops in the Pottstown Area plan( Feb. 2023). This study is intended as a guide to help PART apply best practices in bus stop design and access across their system. Recommended improvements include standard bus stop signs, clear and accessible passenger loading areas, lighting, easy-to-find schedules and route information, and shelters. PART will focus on bus shelters, lighting, pedestrian access improvements, and travel information as part of the project.
