For Public Review: Draft Transportation Conformity Demonstration: Connections 2045 LRP and Draft DVRPC FY2019 Transportation Improvement Program for Pennsylvania
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) will open a public comment period for the Draft Transportation Conformity Demonstration: Connections 2045 LRP and Draft DVRPC FY2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania. DVRPC will accept public comments from May 10, 2018 until June 11, 2018 at 5:00 PM local time.
This Transportation Conformity Demonstration is required due to the anticipated adoption of a the Draft DVRPC FY2019 TIP for Pennsylvania (currently out for public comment). Transportation Conformity is conducted to ensure transportation investments conform to the Federal Clean Air Act, and demonstrate that a proposed plan or project will not negatively impact a region’s ability to meet or maintain federal air quality standards.
