The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) Announces For Public Review:

Draft Amendments to the DVRPC Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania

Draft Addendum to the Transportation Conformity Finding for the FY 2015 Pennsylvania TIP

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and will open a public comment period for the above documents. The public comment period will open on January 13, 2016 and close at 5 p.m. on February 16, 2016.

The TIP is the regionally agreed-upon list of priority transportation projects, as required by federal law. DVRPC is amending the FY 2015 PA TIP to incorporate schedule changes to two regionally significant projects: I-95 & Aramingo Avenue, Adams Avenue Connector MPMS #17782 in Philadelphia and Plank Road/Otts Road/Meyers Road/Seitz Road Intersection Improvements MPMS #57851 in Montgomery County. Both projects will be advancing to the construction phase in FY16. Fiscal constraint of the TIP will be maintained. Transportation Conformity is the process that ensures that plans and programs receiving federal aid are consistent with the region's air quality goals. The Transportation Conformity finding must be amended to reflect the schedule changes to the projects in the TIP.

Copies of DVRPC's Draft TIP Amendments, and Conformity Finding are available at and, in the DVRPC Resource Center, as well as in a number of regional libraries. The documents can be translated into an alternative format or language, if requested.
