Salem County TDR Task Force
Salem County TDR Task Force To address the feasibility of creating a TDR program for Salem County, DVRPC is convening a strategic group of stakeholders. Salem is New Jersey's least-populated county and home to the largest concentration of contiguous and prime farmland in the state. A TDR program has great potential to support preservation of Salem's agricultural base while promoting county economic development and smart growth.
