Penn St., Philadelphia, PA– Angelo Waters from Urban Engineers will discuss the mixed-use residential and commercial development proposed for the site located at Pier 35.5 in the Fishtown neighborhood in Philadelphia. The existing pier is deteriorated and will require rehabilitation and reconstruction.
