a. The Status of RASP Implementation will be presented for the following Facilities:
Chester County, Philadelphia International, Northeast Philadelphia, Doylestown, Camden County, Quakertown, Trenton-Mercer, New Castle County, Pottstown Municipal, South Jersey Regional, Pottstown-Limerick, Cross Keys, Summit, Flying W, Pennridge, Wings, New Garden, Brandywine, Trenton-Robbinsville, Perkiomen Valley, Cecil County, Spitfire Aerodrome, Penns Landing Heliport.

4. Continuing Planning Activities

a. DVRPC study: PHL Ground Access Analysis: Summary and Recommendations.
b. PHL Airspace Redesign issues, recent legal action and other issues. In the northeast corridor.
c. 2007-2008 Operations Counting report for non-toward RASP airports.
d. Willow Grove Reuse planning activities.
e. Tenant/management issues at South Jersey Regional.
f. DVRPC Proposed CASP XXVI Work Program, update.

5. Capital Programming Status

a. Report from the Harrisburg ADO, staff and geographic changes, AIP Program and reauthorization status.
b. PA funded program; status
c. New Jersey funded program; status.

6. Old Business

a. Sales tax exemption legislation for PA Aviation businesses.
b. General Aviation airport security, TSA Actions, and other pending legislation.

7. New Business

a. Next RAC meeting date, Thursday, December 18, 2008, DVRPC offices.
b. Public Comment Period.
