Philadelphia International, Northeast Philadelphia, Doylestown, Camden County, Quakertown, Trenton-Mercer, New Castle County, Chester County, Pottstown Municipal, South Jersey Regional, Pottstown-Limerick, Cross Keys, Summit, Flying W, Pennridge, Wings, New Garden, Brandywine, Trenton-Robbinsville, McGuire AFB, Perkiomen Valley, Cecil County, Spitfire Aerodrome, and Van Sant.

b. US Airways Corp. Update.

4. Continuing Planning Activities

a. Update on BRAC Commission activities impacting Willow Grove, NAS, state and local response.

b. Draft Report, DVRPC PA counties, Land Use/Zoning Study; PA Suburban Jet Port Study, feed back.

c. GA Airport security initiatives, status in PA, and NJ legislation.

5. Capital Programming Status

a. DVRPC presentation of draft FY 2006 ACIP FY 2006 for PA portion of region.

b. Federal FY 2007 AIP reauthorization and FY 2006 appropriations bills.

c. PA funding program; status and analysis of future funding sources and potential
shortfalls.

d. New Jersey funding program; status and recent regional grants.

6. Old Business

a. Summary of PA aviation regulation changes, Small Airports Committee of the PA Aviation Council.

b. Status of FAA Eastern Region Air Service Study impacting TTN, ABE, and ACY.

7. New Business

a. DVRPC CASP XXIII Work Program update, Supplemental NJ Planning activities.

b. FAA/Penn State 29th Annual Airport Conference, Hershey, PA, February 28 -March 2, 2006.

c. Next RAC meeting date, March 16, 2006, DVRPC offices.
